Linh Quach
Linh Quach is the Chief Operating Officer at the Aldrin Family Foundation. She is a dynamic change leader and an international social entrepreneur who fosters collaboration and transformation for global impact. As Founder of social ventures Meraki Approach and Q International Inc, she blends profit with community prosperity, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and innovative CSR initiatives. Her latest endeavor, Kaizen Guesthaus, combines her passion for real estate and her own personal well-being journey by designing and curating vacation homes that are sanctuaries for families amid the challenges of COVID-19.
Previously at American Airlines, Linh facilitated multinational agreements, including the historical partnership with Vietnam Airlines, earning her the designation as a New Asian Leader by the World Economic Forum. Most recently, she was invited to participate at the Nobel Peace Prize Forum in Oslo, Norway as a business contributor to a global report on climate change. She earned her B.A. in Economics and her master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. She has also completed a certification in Sustainable Business from Harvard University.
Linh is deeply committed to cultivating opportunities to inspire and empower all of us to be a force for good in our communities. This starts with her dedication to improving the lives of children and their families through education. She currently works with the Aldrin Family Foundation to expand their unique space programs for children. She has launched and funded entrepreneurship programs for at-risk youth locally and internationally.
She has served on several Executive Boards of global non-profits including Junior Achievement, Dress for Success, and Society of International Business Fellows. She continues to focus her time and energy with organizations that create impact and opportunities for women and prepare young leaders to lead with a conscious heart.
